Time for some colour

You may have noticed a splash of colour in the 'Windows" blog post. Here's the full monty!

For the outside we googled 'exterior colours that go with a green garden' :) We started with a layer of wall sealer and finished with two coats of the brightest orange on the planet!

We love it and we managed to trounce all our neighbours too, they have some pretty bright houses around here let me tell you! Funny story from our neighbours 6 year old twins, they told us that they helped choose their paint colour, they chose bright green but once they painted the house it looked like, and I quote them ……….. "warna kuning tai" ………. poo yellow.

For the inside we chose something similar to the twins :) A light baby poo yellow, we done a coat of wall sealer first and from there went straight to the top coat and experimented with 'ragging' which requires a light coloured first coat. It looked awesome so I carried on and only had to do one coat ….. win win!

For the bathroom we chose a light purple, Ani's favourite colour, you'll see that in a later blog. The names of the three colours :)
